If you have been training for a long time you probably know who Mike Chang is.

Mike Chang was the founder of Sixpackshortcuts which at one time was the most popular fitness channel on youtube.

Sixpack shortcuts was also a controversial channel because of their marketing on supplements and programs which you saw in every other youtube video when they were running ads.

Sixpack shortcuts were one of the earliest fitness youtube channels in it gained a lot of followers, it started back in 2010 when Mike posted the first video on the channel.

However a few years ago we saw a new face of Sixpack shortcuts with Thomas Delauer being the new face of the channel.

It seems like Thomas Delauer is also done with the channel and there are yet again new people running the channel which today is called six-pack abs.

Why did Mike Chang Leave Sixpack Shortcuts?

Many people wonder what happened to Mike Chang and why did he leave such a successful business?

Well, there is no need to wonder anymore because Mike Chang has answered this question.

In fact, Mike Chang has his own youtube channel where he posts videos and it’s not so much about bodybuilding and fitness anymore.

Mike explains that he got an awakening a few years ago which made him so happy that he knew that he needed to explore it further.

He decided to leave six pack shortcuts and try to figure out what made him so happy all of the sudden after he went to a seminar.
