Jon Call aka Jujimufu was born in Huntsville, Alabama on the 9th December 1985 and started his fitness journey at a young age.

Taekwondo was his first passion when he was only 13 years old, right before he discovered his great love: Tricking. This sport is gymnastics-based but involves more flips, twists and dance moves.

Self-disciplined, he started to lift weights at the gym in front of his school,

“When I was 15, I had a goal: get the full splits to put it in my free kata for my Taekwondo training. I trained my flexibility every night for almost two hours…in two months I reached my goal.

The Jujimufu Jon Call diet and training regime started in 1999, the same year that he began teaching himself tricking, by watching videos online. In no time he became an expert.

Jujimufu established the largest community of online tricksters after he launched his website, trickstutorials (now called Jujimufu), in 2002.1
