Illia Golem and Larry Wheels decided to train legs together; Larry was impressed by how strong Golem is in the squat and could easily rep out 617 lbs.

Larry isn’t in his best shape and is recovering from an injury, so he could not push himself like he is used to.

Still, Larry could get in some impressive sets, considering he hasn’t done any leg training at all in two months.

Golem is not a powerlifter, and being able to squat over 600 lbs for reps is impressive for any bodybuilder; he also has a good range of motion.

Here’s the leg workout routine Larry Wheels and Illia Golem did when they trained together:

  • Squats 6 sets increasing weight every set, 3-5 reps
  • Leg Press 3 sets, 5-8 reps
  • Hack Squats 2 sets, 6-10 reps
  • Leg Extension 2-3 sets 6-10 reps
