Illia Golem and Larry Wheels decided to train legs together; Larry was impressed by how strong Golem is in the squat and could easily rep out 617 lbs.
Larry isn’t in his best shape and is recovering from an injury, so he could not push himself like he is used to.
Still, Larry could get in some impressive sets, considering he hasn’t done any leg training at all in two months.
