How To Build Muscle WITHOUT Constantly Lifting Heavier Weights

How To Build Muscle WITHOUT Constantly Lifting Heavier Weights

There’s no secret as to what drives bodybuilders like you and me to the iron. We’re a diehard breed that doesn’t need the camaraderie of a team or the thrill
of competing against others.

Our competition is with ourselves. Day
in and day out we hit the gym to push it harder than we did the previous workout.

BUT in this video The Hodgetwins answer the question; “How can I build more muscle and get more gains without lifting heavier weights”.

Most guys know by know that testosterone is the foundation to building muscle, so it shocks to hear guys say that they aren’t doing everything they can to keep their T-levels high.

A great natural booster will add an extra level of protection against obesity, lead to a higher sex drive, improve your mood and help with bulk growth. Even if you have all of this already, you’d be nuts to not want more.

See our guide to natural testosterone boosters if you want to build more muscle and get more gains faster and safely.

Twin muscle workout! it really is important to push your muscles to their max otherwise your progress is going to be really slow, If you don’t give your body a reason to grow then it won’t! it’s simple always make sure you take yourself to failure, keep your workouts short but intense, and stay consistent guys! if you don’t keep track of what you do and don’t get a good routine going, then your not going to get very far, I know a lot of guys have trouble getting a good program going, I follow a very strict routine I found over at and I’ve made crazy gains in just a couple months, it was like a night and day difference to what I was doing before, anyways good luck guys and as long as you don’t give up you will be the biggest guy on the block!

Short intense workouts are great for strength, but if there isn’t enough overall volume, you won’t make the best possible gains.
