Grenade AT4 Ingredients
Grenade AT4 contains five ingredients and no proprietary blend. Let’s check if these ingredients are good and if they are adequately dosed.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 is included in most testosterone boosters for a good reason. Study shows that a deficiency in this vitamin can lower natural testosterone production. If you are insufficient in vitamin d3, supplementing with it could help your body produce more testosterone.
D-Aspartic Calcium Chelate
Usually, we see D-aspartic acid included in testosterone boosters, but this is only another version witch calcium and Zinc. Animal studies on D-Aspartic have shown that it can raise testosterone levels while human studies have shown inconsistent results. Many believe that D-Aspartic can increase natural testosterone, but we have to wait for another study to confirm this.
Fenugreek
Studies have shown excellent results with Fenugreek, supplementing 600 mg of Fenugreek for 12 weeks, improved sexual function, and increased serum testosterone levels in middle-aged men. A full dose of AT4 is 720 mg, so it should be an effective ingredient to increase natural testosterone levels.
Passiflora Caerulea
There are no studies I could find that suggest that this ingredient will help to raise testosterone levels, strength, or muscle mass. However, some studies suggest it may help to calm the mind and sleep better at night.
Boron
The study reports that after only one week of boron supplementation at 6/mg, it increases free testosterone levels significantly. Boron also helps with the growth and maintenance of bone, boosts magnesium absorption, and improves cognitive performance.
Ingredients breakdown
There are many beneficial ingredients included in Grenade AT4 that have shown to be useful when it comes down to raising or supporting natural testosterone levels. Most of them are well dosed and should work to give you the benefits.
The downfall of the supplement is that it’s still missing many vital ingredients that have shown remarkable results in increasing testosterone, strength, and muscle mass.
AT4 doesn’t have Ashwagandha, magnesium, vitamin b6, and ginseng, many of the other top brands have.
Overall the ingredients are good, but they could be better.
