12 Must-Have Food For Gaining Size

Evan considers these foods vital for optimal growth

  1. Beef a red meat packed in protein, guys know that they put on size when they are eating a bit more red meat.
  2. Cod a white fish, I can put down 10-12 ounzed of cooked protein , it’s very efficient.
  3. Chicken is one of the bodybuilding staples, it’s high in protein and low in fat.
  4. Whole Eggs have been a bodybuilding staple from the beginning like red meat.
  5. Olive Oil mono and saturated fat source, high in omega 6.
  6. Nuts great fat source, very healthy.
  7. Avocados another great fat source and rich source of dietary fiber.
  8. Rice I love because it’s easy to make in advance, it’s cheap and goes well with everything.
  9. Potatoes are a vegatable and maby even better than rice, doesn’t matter if they are sweet potatoes or normal ones.
  10. Sweet potatoes similar to potatoes good source of carbs.
  11. Bananas easy to eat and great for putting on weight on you
  12. Full fat dairy great for putting on size put reeks total havoc on the digestive system.
