Fact Checked

In recent years, Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall have been two of the top strongmen; Brian Shaw has won the world’s strongest man four times in his strongman career, while Eddie Hall has won it once.

They train 2-3 hours a day to prepare themselves for competition, but that is probably the easiest part about being a strongman.

The hardest part about being a strongman is the diet; they have to eat a ton of food to maintain their size and increase strength.

Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall eat around 2-3 times more than the average person following their strongman diet.

Many people think that professional strongmen don’t follow a healthy diet and eat whatever they want.
