Eddie Hall eats an insane amount of food when training for strongman competitions; here is his daily food intake.
- Meal 1: 4 eggs, 5 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of toast, beans, 1 liter of water, 4 sausages
- Meal 2: Big bowl of porridge and 4 pieces of fruit
- Meal 3: Intra-workout meal is one liter of cranberry juice, beef jerky, and intra workout shake, after the workout a protein shake with milk
- Meal 4: 12-16 ounces of ribeye steak, 200-300 gram of pasta, 200 grams of vegetables, half a family cheese cake
- Meal 5: Chicken nuggets, steak, rice and fruit
- Meal 6: 500 gram of meat, 500 gram of carbs, a half family cheese cake
- Meal 7: before bed a liter of protein shake and a couple of protein bars
