Fucking easy chicken breast meal.

Are you fucking lazy when it comes down to preparing a healthy meal? Tired of eating shitty food because you’re to damn lazy to make a good meal? I might have the solution for you bro.
This is one of the easiest meals I have ever made. Packed with good nutrition and protein and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.
(You can add some rice to this meal if you like.)
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts – for the proteins
- Sweet potato – for the good carbs
- BBQ sauce – because BBQ sauce tastes fucking good.
- Sour Cream (optional) – if it is not in your refrigerator, then fuck it, it’s not that important.
Directions:
Step 1.
Put the chicken breasts in a bowl.
Step 2.
Slice the sweet potato into some pieces.
How big? Why the fuck would that even matter? Slice them as big or as small as you wanna have them and cover your chicken with it.
Step 3.
Mix the sour cream and BBQ sauce together and pour that shit all over the chicken and sweet potatoes.
Step 4.
Bake in the oven.
Step 5.
Wait until cooked and do some push-ups.
Step 6.
FEAST. It’s ready. Easy as fuck.
Just make sure that the chicken isn’t raw or you might die.
