These are all questions that aspiring bodybuilders and athletes have been asking for years. Even in ancient Greece athletes would avoid sex before competition. But thankfully there have been numerous studies on this topic that have all busted this age old myth.

Even though anyone can can do a google search and get 100+ million websites debunking the myth about sex and masturbation hindering muscle growth and sports performance. I still get young guys asking me these questions over and over again. In fact, right before I made this video I had several YouTube comments asking me if masturbation would affect bodybuilding gains.

So if people are still asking me the question over and over again, I need to make a video to answer it…

Bottom line; sex, masturbation, choking the chicken, rubbing one out, stroking your mushroom tip, going balls deep, or whatever you want to call it does NOT have any negative impact on muscle growth or athletic performance.

Now the act of going about getting laid could have negative impacts (staying out late, night clubs, alcohol, etc) but not the actual sexual activity itself. Just watch the video for all the detail…
