Big Ramy made his Olympia debut in 2013 when he got 8th place, and since then, Big Ramy has gradually improved his physique.

Big Ramy came close to winning the show in 2017 when he got second place; however, in 2018,, he got 6th place and didn’t compete in 2019.

So it was surprising to see Big Ramy win 2020, Mr. Olympia because his last place at Olympia was sixth.

Big Ramy has discussed retiring at the age of 38; however, if he wins this year, you never know if he will change his mind.

“I’ve decided since the beginning that I will stop bodybuilding at 38 years old. My kids still ask me about it, I tell them thirty eight hasn’t come yet. When it comes, we’ll talk.

Big Ramy Chest Workout routine:

  • Chest Press: 2 warmup sets, two working sets, one of them being a drop set
  • Smith Machine Incline Bench press: 4 sets, 10-15 reps, the last set was a drop set.
  • Incline Bench Fly Cables: 4 sets, 12-15 reps, the last set was a drop set
  • Bench fly cables: 2 sets 15 reps
  • Chest Press: 4 sets, 15 reps, the last set was a drop set
  • Cable Crossover: 4 sets, 15 reps
