A graduate of Saint Francis Xavier University (BAHK, B.Ed.), Dana has been actively involved in bodybuilding and fitness for the past 20+ years. As a former provincial-level bodybuilding competitor, he has taken his knowledge of training, diet, and supplementation and applied that to his work as a contest prep guide and strength and conditioning coach.
