Get as Little Sleep as Possible

One of the most effective ways of suppressing your testosterone production is to consistently get very little sleep. It only takes a few days before your t-levels plummet if you are getting 4 hours per night of sleep.

One study of over 500 men showed that men who slept for 4 hours per night or less had 60% less testosterone compared to those who slept for 8 hours.

In terms of actual amounts, the 4-hour sleep group had about 200-300ng/dl of testosterone compared with the 8-hour group who had 500-700 ng/dl.
