5 Exercises You Can Do While Pooping

Everybody knows that feeling when you are stuck on the toilet with diarrhea. Why are you wasting your time doing nothing when you could be building up some serious guns?

In this article we will show you how to get the best pump of your life while pooping, the only thing you need is a set of dumbbells.

Before we go any further with this the first step of the program is to take your shirt off because you don’t want to sweat into the shirt you are wearing if you are doing this at work or at school.


Shoulder Press

Start blasting those delts up with a high volume, high intensity shoulder press. Do about 20 reps for 3 sets with 30 seconds rest in between sets.


Seated triceps press

Now you have blasted your deltoids and its time to kill the triceps  Remember that you are on the toilet and nobody likes to spend hours on the toilet so don’t take a long rest. Do 3 sets of seated triceps press with 20-30 seconds rest in between sets.


One arm triceps extension

Move straight to one arm triceps extension to keep the blood flow going in the triceps. Chase the pump! do high reps, high intensity with little rest in between sets. Do about 3 sets of these.

Concentration curls

Blast your biceps fast with concentration curls, work one arm at the time and take no rest when you are alternating between arms.

Seated dumbbell reverse wrist curls

Finishing touches, to get the vascularity and veins out. Do 3 quick sets of these and you should have a great pump in your arms.

Girls will definitely be mirin your guns at school and guys will want to be your friend once you come out of the bathroom showcasing those pumped up pythons.
