Here’s how you can stop sucking and put on some massive size brah.

1. You aren’t doing the exercises you hate or you suck at them

The hardcore exercises that you most likely hate doing (yeah you know what I’m talking about) are usually the one’s that build the most muscle mass. Squats. The hardest but absolutely most effective exercise you can do to build muscle mass. Learn how to do it properly and go heavy. There are guys puking after a hardcore squat session while you’re standing there doing bicep curls and b*tching about how you aren’t getting jacked fast.

2. You don’t train enough

Overtraining? Forget that shit. Those who b*tch about overtraining are usually the one’s that will never even be close to actually overtrain. One of the most effective training splits are 3 on 1 off. Meaning that in 3 days you train all your muscle groups. Rest for one day. Then train all your muscles AGAIN! So now you’re training your puny chest and legs twice per week!

3. Your intensity sucks

If you’re going to be chatting to your mates for couple of minutes in between sets you’re not going to make any progress. It’s as simple as that. Remember, you’re at the gym to build muscle. Not talking.

4. Your diet game sucks

The guys that b*tch about how they aren’t building muscle are most of the time also the guys that think they’re eating enough.
