#1 You’re Not Spending Enough Time on the Basic Lifts
Squat. Deadlift. Bench press. Are you mastering those lifts? Are you really? Really? Are you sure?
I don’t think so. Spend more time mastering these lifts. These are the foundation to looking good. Honestly…. if you’d only do these heavy each week you’d look really good. All the other exercises are just finishing touches.
Bench without your ass in the air. Go slow on the negative and explode up.
Deadlift double body-weight. AT LEAST!
#2 Your Diet Is Un-doing Your Training
Hate to break it to you but you can’t out train a bad diet and vice versa. These have to go hand in hand.
Eat your meats, vegetables and healthy carbs (rice, potatoes etc).
#3 You have workout add
Finish what you started. Follow a good workout program and f*cking finish it. From day 1 to day 60 (or whatever) and never give up.
So that was short, sharp and efficient. We don’t waste too much of your time mate. This is the basics. Do these right and you’ll look like you lift.
