#1 You’re Not Spending Enough Time on the Basic Lifts

Squat. Deadlift. Bench press. Are you mastering those lifts? Are you really? Really? Are you sure?

I don’t think so. Spend more time mastering these lifts. These are the foundation to looking good. Honestly…. if you’d only do these heavy each week you’d look really good. All the other exercises are just finishing touches.

Squat deep.

Bench without your ass in the air. Go slow on the negative and explode up.

Deadlift double body-weight. AT LEAST!

#2 Your Diet Is Un-doing Your Training

Hate to break it to you but you can’t out train a bad diet and vice versa. These have to go hand in hand.

Eat your meats, vegetables and healthy carbs (rice, potatoes etc).

Finish what you started. Follow a good workout program and f*cking finish it. From day 1 to day 60 (or whatever) and never give up.

    Dude. Squat, bench and deadlift are powerlifting exercises. They are not needed to get jacked. Not at all. They are the 3 lifts the powerlifters compete in. If powerlifting is your thing, they do those lifts all the time. but if bodybuilding and getting big is your thing, you don’t need deads for a big back, you don’t need squats for big legs and most definitely do not need benches.

      Powerlifters perform these exercises with slightly different form, common knowledge. So that statement is ridiculous. Tell that to any successful bodybuilder and they would be rolling.
