Well it’s been a few years since I wrote an article on BroScience, damn it feels good being back.
Been making some solid gains for past few years, smashed a few (you know what)
I have an interesting topic for you guys in today’s article.
This is what I’ve been observing in the gym since I first started.
Even though this article may trigger some girls I’ve always been known for saying the things other people think but don’t have the guts to say.
These 10 things are what we are all thinking we all know it, I’m the first to put them into words for everyone to read.
So let’s get started:
1. Only wearing a sport bra
One of the most obvious way for girls to try to seduce bodybuilders in the gym is wearing only a sports bra.
Yeah we’ve all seen silicone titties countless of times this is nothing new for alpha bodybuilders.
You may impress some of the rookies in the gym but understand that we bodybuilders come to the gym to train not to stare at titties.
2.Trying to be a “nutrition/supplement expert” in front of bodybuilders
If there is one thing bodybuilders are better at than lifting weights than it’s knowing how to diet and supplement.
There is nothing more annoying than listening to a girl that is trying to impress and seducing a bodybuilder by explaining the difference between whey protein isolate and concentrate.
We all know this stuff and it won’t impress us that you just read your first article on T-nation.
3. Wearing clothes with their printed instagram name on them
Some girls with like 7k followers on their instagram think they are famous and print their instagram name on their clothes.
Listen up girls, we’re not even going to check it out and you’re not going to seduce us with your instagram following.
Nobody could care less.
4. Sharing hardcore bodybuilding quotes on Facebook
Quotes like “Lift heavy, Eat, Sleep, Repeat”
We know you ain’t about that lifestyle so don’t try to impress an alpha bodybuilder by posting stuff like this.
We know it’s fake.
5. Offering a spot
When I’m repping 400 lbs in the bench and a girl offers me a spot.
I mean are you kidding?
What are you going to do if I drop 400 pounds on my chest, you think you can pick it up.
I know they are only offering me a spot because they want to get in my pants.(sometimes they succeed)
6. Wearing Se through Yoga Pants to show off thong
While i’m killing myself doing a bicep and tricep superset I don’t want to get distracted by a thirsty woman trying to gain my attention by wearing see through yoga pants.
You don’t have to walk past me 6 times when I’m in a middle of set.
Side note: if you are a woman and you’re not fit than skip the yoga pants.
7. Copy my workouts
We all know you haven’t been doing my hardcore powerlifting/bodybuilding programs until you saw me doing them.
There’s nothing more unimpressive when a girl copies your workout and does it wrong.
I had this one chick copy my squat routine the other day.
Unfortunately for her she only half squatted and did the exercise completely wrong.
Fortunately for me it was the end of my workout, she was hot and I was in a certain type of mood (if you know what I mean)
So I took her number down and we did some “cardio” together later that day.
8. Asking if I can train them
This one I get a lot.
I mean i’m good looking, strong and I get that women gravitate towards that.
But having the guts to come up to me and expect me to train you for free.
Some women just have no respect, you think I will train you for free just because you have fake boobs?
I also know they are not even serious about training, they just want to get in my pants and let me tell you this approach won’t work.
9. Disturb me while I’m in a set with a stupid question
There’s nothing more annoying than when a random girl comes up to me in a middle of a deadlift set to ask a stupid question.
This happened to me the other day.
A girl comes up to be right before I’m about to rep 500 lbs in the deadlift taps me on my shoulder.
You know what she asked?
“Wow, how much weight is that?”
Because I’m a good guy I just answered the lady and moved on, she asked for my instagram and tried to seduce me.
That’s when I stopped responding and continued on with my workout.
10. Flex in the mirror
You can spot this daily in most gyms, girls who barely workout come to the gym with their ass sticking out and flexing in the mirror.
Of course all these pictures end on instagram with hashtags like #hardcoreworkout.
These girls then go to the treadmill for 20 minutes and call it a day.
This type of behavior does not impress or seduce any alpha bodybuilder out there.
