Same here. I'm built like a sprinter - huge quads, easily gain lean mass etc. I was up to 300lbs and running got me back in shape and got the weight off so I stick with it. I'm by no means "fast", but I built the endurance over time. It's def. a lot of pounding on the joints when you're on the + side of 200lbs and running mile after mile.

If you like running, just build it slowly - 5k, then 10k etc. You could get to 10mi runs pretty quick.

Yeah I might try to build up some endurance when the soccer season finishes, even to run 10K would be pretty decent for me

Use to be a great runner when I was doing mma. Started to think I should get into boxing and wrestling once my head is healed up. Deff going to need to add running into my workout other then warm up on treadmill right now .

I only work out 'bout 2/3 times a week.
Usually i'll be rowing twice a week and depending on my mood I'll go squashing, boxing or swimming to fill up the rest of the week

I train usually 5-6 days a week.

I have 2 ME (max effort) and 2 DE (dynamic effort) days. One of each for upper body, and lower body. It's a Westside-ish template, and the other 1-2 days are GPP/cardio. I always take at least 1 day off from training though.

Ive been lazy this past month. Ive only put in probably 1 day each week in the actual gym. However, the past 2 weekends ive been snow boarding on Saturdays, ive done yoga once a week, and been doing active isolated and assisted stretching 2 hours each week.
And Ive been eating like a champ.
I needed to take some time off for about a month to get my head straight. Im so fed up with not gaining weight over the past 4 months, I needed to relax before my head exploded.

Normally I do lifting 4-5 (3-4 heavier, 2 on core and balance) days/week rock climb 2 days/week, and my job requires me to be working out all day.
I dont ever intentionally do cardio. I took 1.5 years off, came back and did 4 miles in 27.5 minutes talking, and ran a sub 6 min mile. I feel as if my cardio is acceptable for the time being. The RD Ive been working with is not suggesting cardio right now either.
Im going to be hiring a personal trainer here in the next month to kick my ass and see if I can put on more size.

I lift three days a week, and do martial arts twice a week.

I feel like I have a bit of a conditioning issue at the moment, so I want to add more cardio, but I only got back into things seriously again at the start of this year, so I'm going to ramp up slowly. The last thing I want is to overdo it and get another injury.

Currently 5 days a week. I run a variation of Laynes Power/Hypertrophy split.

Sun- Upper Power
Mon- Lower power
Tues- Cardio/abs
Wed- Chest/Back hyper
Thurs- Delts/traps/arms hyper
Fri- Legs hyper
Sat- off or cardio

I like to lift 4 days sometimes though, on a nice Upper/Lower or Push/Pull/Legs routine.

I usually workout 5 days in a row, with work and a new baby in my life, the only two days I can get to myself are wed/thursday nights!

I use to run a lot too, but I stopped during the winter months...too damn cold in Newfoundland haha

5 days lifting with warm up cardio
2 days strictly cardio

I always make sure I give certain body groups rest and I have my hard days and my easier days where I focus more on full motion, flexibility, and form.

Chest
Shoulders/Back
Legs
Arms

I do abs every second day, like clock work. Seems like a good rotation so far, seeing good gains. Will change it up soon though.

I try and fit in at least a couple snowboarding days every month plus 3 or 4 hot yoga classes. Nothing crazy extra, but it's relaxing!

My cardio is given to me by my coach. I do as I'm told

Regarding yoga and snowboarding I do one or the other max once a week depending on how I feel. I refuse to give up my hobbies and activities simply because I choose to be a figure competitor. My coach is aware of everything I do and we adjust my food and workouts/cardio accordingly.

I love hot yoga. I've been trying to aim for once a week but things haven't been working out schedule wise.

Right now I do cardio 5x a week and weights 3x a week.
