Default me flexing (what should I work on?)

Got a quick vid of me doing some posing so you guys could tell me what I need to work on. The quality is kind of doo doo though and I understand that as you could hardly see any vascularity or conditioning. The camera guy was a dolt too because he wasn't getting everything in at once (got my abs on a front double bi pose lol). I also understand at one point it looks like one of my abs was one big block but that was the angle/I wasn't flexing it hard enough lo, it was two abs (youll understand when you see it).

Thanks to da gilmore for uploading this!

Thoughts? Criticisms? ideas? Im about 6 foot 210 lbs right now, 10% bf.

+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

on another note my madness taste test will be coming up soon (should be getting it any day now).

Looking really good bro. Chest and shoulders are developed well and everything looks in proportion.

Im not seeing any one thing that sticks out to me that needs extra work. Well done.

It's all looking pretty good, to be honest.

Put a bit more bend in your knees for your quads from the front.. it'll bring out your sweep a bit more

Also, with your FDB, I think it looks better aired up than with your abs contracted.. it'll make your lats look way bigger along with your chest, but that's a matter of personal preference

are you asking on what body parts need work or how to improve your posing?
Body looks great, but without a solid posing routine, it is difficult to critue both.

I'd say first, put the camera on a steady surface and make sure your entire body is in the shot.
Then practce your madatories and compulsaries.

front relaxed
left relaxed
rear relaxed
right relaxed

Pratice your transitioning as well.

Next, work on your:

Front double bicep
Front Lat Spread
- quarter turn to the ritght
Left Side Tricep
Left Side Chest
- quarter turn to the right
Rear double bicep
Rear Lat spread
- quarter turn to the right
Right Side Tricep
Right Side Chest
- quarter turn to the right
Abdominal Thigh
Most Muscular

Pracitce those, take a video, then we can critique the shit out of your posing and body.

was just fooling around a bit doing some quick poses, wondering what bodyparts needed work. I realized how bad the vid was after I looked at it lol, not enough solid posing. Was hoping I could still get comments on potential weak spots in lagging bodyparts, thanks for the information on posing.

Thumbs up Re: me flexing (what should I work on?)

Damn brah, lookin' good. You've added some serious size since you and I used to be all about R4W (still miss that stuff).

Can't really see anything you'd need to bring up. Good proportions all around.

Don't quote me on this, but I THINK he's still posting on AM. His posts were nearly incoherent at times (which I'm sure you remember) and he was so anecdotally (not a word) driven that I don't think he could take the heat on BB.com.

R4W was foul tasting, but man it revved me up. I remember I used to make my friends taste it just to see their response. The most common was, "It tastes like vomit and wood chips." Good times...
