Help With My Stack?
So I've been lifting for a few years now, and I figured that since I'm about to turn 18, it would be a good time to try out a natural test booster/estrogen blocker. Based on influence of several people that have been around this stuff a while, as well as my own research, I've just ordered APE and Activate Xtreme. I was ttold to stack these, but I need help on exactly how to do it.... I should have enough APE to last 8 weeks at 1 serving a day, 5 days a week (all on workout days, I figure). Because the AX comes with a different pill count and suggested servings per day, I figure the best way to match these up is to take AX twice a day(as recommended), but only on days that I take ape.
so.....
weeks 1-8: 1 serving ape 5x a week, probably in morning
weeks 2-7: 2 servings AX 5x a week, one in morning (w/ APE), the other before my workout (roughly 9 p.m.)
of course I've already got my diet set, and I'm taking multi, fish oil, c4, whey, blox(intra w.o.), and minocycline (for acne)
