Omega Sports T-Force+DAA Stack
will be running a log on the above stack, commencing yesterday.
goals will be to retain as much lean muscle tissue as possible as i finish out last couple weeks of a fairly rigid cut diet. looking for effects on strength levels, mood, aggression, energy levels, sleep and recovery, body composition, etc. in addition to any sexual benefits or manifestations.
appreciation goes out to the sponsors for setting me up with what looks to be an interesting combo. i will give feedback as this cycle unfolds.
current pic, taken over the w/e. i look a little soft here, definitely holding water from two consecutive cheat days of 15k+ cals (srs)..
diet will be on point throughout this run - well, with the exception of Easter. i do plan on endulging this day.
current weight ~196 upon rising, ~201 at night

i feel obligated to say - i have no connection to the company in question, and have little experience with Omega Sports products in general. what is reported here can be viewed as impartial and unbiased.

pretty early on yet, not much to report..a few early glimpses:
energy and aggression feel slightly more elevated than usual, nothing immensely palpable but noticeable to me nonetheless..
the bigger issue is, i was pretty veiny last night after my carb meal (wanted to take a pic..alas, wife was gone with cam  ). i'm not really a veiny guy until i get to fairly low bf levels, and (historically speaking) i am not yet low enough to be sporting veins this profusely..can only attribute this to the added T-Force/DAA.
kinda cool.
other than that, no news. i will add my other supplementation here tho, in addition to the Omega Sports stack underway:
multivite (Beverly Int, w/ breakfast))
Mass amino tabs (Bev, 4 tabs per meal)
Ultra-40 (Bev, 4 tabs per meal)
9g fish oil, split over 3x daily (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
800mg vitamin D3 (dosed both at breakfast/supper)
cissus (Primaforce), dosed 2x daily
Insopro-R, 3x daily
Recreate/OEP (1 cap each, 2x daily)
2g ALCAR (dosed 4x daily in 500mg servings)
2g L-carnitine L-tartrate (dosed 4x daily in 500mg servings)
7g BCAA/EAA mix, 4x thruout day (rising/bedtime/preWO/evening)
more support and ancillary supps than usual going on in my aresenal right now, but in keeping with my goal of rapid fat-loss and no lean-muscle tissue dimishment at this time, these supps have all worked well for me in the past and i think serve my purposes well currently.

i tell ya what, i'm feeling a difference and seeing results now!
granted - my diet has already been geared to fat-loss mode for a minute, so these rapid changes in body comp are due mostly to the accumulation & progression of the dietary format..
but man - i am leaning up rapidly this week! getting hard (no, not that kind of hard  ), feeling good, energy up, more veiny than usual..
very few natty test products have i tried that have given sign of such benefit so rapidly.
did have a very poor sleep last night (~4hrs), but i have these nights occasionally and am a notorius short sleeper, so i wouldn't attribute that to T-Force/DAA.
training notes for the w/e:
FRI - rest
SAT - back/arms/calves/abs training (super & tri-sets planned)
SUN - couple hrs tennis planned (weather permitting)

ahh man, i feel like i got ran over by a Mack truck this morning..ugh.
~3.5hrs of tennis will do that to a guy.
and a sunburn on top of that..workout today is gonna be fun (chest/back/abs).. 
(EDIT: i was used to the chest/back mix i'd been doing so listed that today by habit..it's now chest/shoulders combo instead, so fixed for accuracy.)
nothing new really to report. one week in and still feeling pretty decent (aside from the the beatdown from tennis), sleep has been solid over the w/e, sensing a lil bit of a libido increase SAT night. nothing has translated to stronger lifts or improved endurance to this point, the endurance portion is where i'll make my observation as i'm pretty much done training for size/strength right now - it's all about keeping up the activity level more than anything.

TUE 4/12
feeling rough as hell here this morning..had a lil slip in the diet category last night, so running some FTP this morning (Fasted Training Protocol). this is one of my strategies to help offset my unplanned cheats, works pretty well in times of cutting.
only problem is - knees and joints are still a bit fried from tennis, so i am really not feeling squats right now..
but that doesn't matter. the wheels will get done this morning.
pertaining to the T-Force/DAA stack: libido boost was in full effect last night.
WED 4/13
interesting day yesterday..
got thru the leg session (barely  ), and was beat down for the rest of the day..feeling tremendously better this morning, body seems like a whole new me. may have a slight case of tendonitis in the knees, i'll monitor this..
physique-wise, hardening up again after the cheat episode, should make good progress again next couple days.
also yesterday, was welcomed to Betancourt Nutrition as a rep. would like to extend my appreciation to the company for the position, and also ensure that it will in no way taint or diminish the feedback of the current stack i am reviewing.
off to the training session!

update on the wheels:
after struggling thru some pain and limited mobility for a few days (suspected patellar tendonitis in knees), legs are feeling in fine form this morning, no pain whatsoever.
update on libido:
kinda bad timing for this effect to be taking off.. 
wife's all mad at me right now, plus it's her T.O.M. sooooo..

so far, so good as far as meeting expectations and providing (at least to me) measurable results. have had increased hunger here recently, and i'm thinking i'm going to up the cals a bit, stay in the same format but add ~500cals daily.
training format for w/e:
FRI - rest
SAT - chest/triceps/abs
SUN - legs

I took some pictures today also, I'll post up later. My weight has been fluctuating a lot this week. Have you noticed any of this?
Sunday I was 168, tuesday 166, thursday 167, today 165... no change in diet and I'm eating everything I see!

no, not really. but my diet has been all over the place, not really like me at all. i'll be locked into it for couple days, see things tightening up, cuts and veins coming in, maybe a lil weight loss but not much..then, i'll have a huge cheat night and maul @10-15k calories, sets me back a step or two. so, my weight upon rising has been anywhere from 189-195, and later in the evening it's been 194-200..but - the big thing is, i continue to drop the bodyfat overall, while maintaining the same general weight. hence, why i thought it'd be better to up the cals a bit, seems like a definite increase in metabolism.
EDIT: i guess i should as far as those ranges go for bw, that extends back to before i started this T-Force/DAA stack.
since i've been using this, weight has really been within a 3lb range overall, isolated for time-of-day-taken effect.

all right..so, had some personal strife come up unexpectedly, life has been in a bit of turmoil past couple days..without going into specifics, suffice it to say i haven't been training. will be back at it tomorrow morning, first time this week..
as things have been hectic, diet has suffered a bit as well. the T-Force/DAA stack seems to be aiding tremendously with body composition, altho i am retaining a bit of water this morning. that said, i still think this is an area in which this combo shines.
with the setbacks in mind, i might just bypass Easter this year, and carry the diet out one more week or so. we'll see, just playing it by ear.
supp changes: dropped OEP/RC over the w/e, as well as Insopro-R (ran out of this, figure i'll switch over to my large supply of Anabolic Pump and use some of that for awhile).
also, will be introducing some Betancourt products to the fray, AndroRush and Reclerator..and Big Blend has been added too, stuff tastes great i like it a lot.

getting ready to hit some chest/tri/ab work, and if i'm lucky i just may be able to play some tennis later this afternoon. haven't played since my last excursion couple weeks ago, been like freaking Seattle around here (i.e. rains all day, every day).
body has gotten a tad soft with my lack of work, gotta rectify that injustice!

well, beginning of week #4 today, coming into the homestretch.
a recap to this point: altho training has been (for me) sporadic, as has diet itself, i am still seeing some composition control with this stack. that continues to be the headline for me. libido has ebbed somewhat (which is good, as i would be frustrated otherwise in my current land of abstinence ); aggression has been tamed; and any impact on strength has been impossible to judge (again due to my own lack of focus on strength training at this point).
was able to get some tennis in SAT, and hit quads/calves this morning - felt pretty good. current pic of wheels from this morning.

oddity: altho the bottle claims ~33 servings per container, i consumed what was my last serving of DAA today..container got me 25 full-scoop servings in all.
other news: got me some release last night (finally!  ) after me & the wife made up..was pretty intense.

FINAL REVIEW
finishing up the last few days of T-Force here..my weight training is done for now as i kick off tennis only today for a few weeks at least.
figured might as well post final summation on stack.
and i have to say off the top - woke up this morning with 3(!!) zits on my face, not cool. i am not prone to acne, and have not had 3 zits simultaneously on my mug since i was prolly a teen..
this is, however, another added sign of increased T. in my mind, there is no doubt of the legitimacy of this stack (and DAA in particular) to naturally boost testosterone levels. this was apparent in many different facets of benefits - from great body comp benefits, to increased energy and aggression (but not too heightened), to slightly elevated increased endurance; from increased libido to enhanced sexual performance..altho my strength stayed fairly level, i really experienced no "weak" days, and note here that i was not exactly focusing on increasing strength thruout this period.
other than the weird issue of shortage of product in this particular container of DAA, i was pretty pleased with the stack, and will probably look at this stack again when i resume my weightlifting activities following a summer of tennis.
thanks go out again to Big Picture Nutrition (or whatever their name is now) as well as Omega Sports for sponsoring the products. appreciate it guys!
