Thumbs up X-Factor, Drive and RPM FINAL Review!

X-Factor, Drive, and RPM: FINAL Review

U Dose them, how?
X-Factor - 1, 2, 1 dose. - 8:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m. (all pre-meals)
Drive - 3 caps at 8:30 a.m., 3 caps pre-workout (around 4:00 p.m.)
RPM - 3 caps pre-workout (bumped up to 4 a few weeks in)

U Get Dat Strength?
Strength increased throughout this log to a slight degree, but not really anything out of the ordinary. BUT, keep in consideration that I was in a caloric defecit throughout and I was eating as many as 1,300 less calories than I had previous to starting this log. All in all, I think it did a great job in helping me maintain strength while lowerinf calories and almost compeletely shutting out carbs. Also, some lifts, like Deadlifts, rose tremendously. It might have been "newb" gains since I never deadlifted a lot until recently, but my DL went from low 300's to 400 flat, which made me very happy.

U Put on Size?
This is something that I was very content with. Not very happy, but very content. My stretch marks on my chest and legs were VISIBLY changing and my weight was dropping. What more can you ask for? I think my after pictures show a pretty decent difference, although they're kind of skewed since it was dark in the first pictures and daylight in the next. At any rate, I think my arm's gained some size and I know my legs did, I only wish I had the pictures to prove it for the wheels.

U Get Good Pumps or Vascular as Shit?
Now, I honestly never notice THAT much of a different from preworkout products with pumps or anything like that, but I can't even explain the pumps with this stack. On my high volume days (which was a lot of the time) the pumps were so painful that I had to increase rest times so they would decrease. Increase to decrease? Sounds like a ****ing riddle. Anyway, vascularity was great, too, especially after my carb ups on the weekends (expected). The vasodilating effects of this stack were absolutely crazy. I really can't put it into words. Probably my favorite part of this stack.

U Have Lots of Energy?
Yet more positive things to say about this stack. Energy was up almost the entire time taking this stack, and since I've stopped taking them I've noticed a decrease. At first, I was very lethargic from the XF (I'm guessing) but that went away after the first week or so and I began feeling pretty great all around. RPM is a pretty strong stimulant, especially at 4-5 capsules. 3 didn't do a whole lot, but upping the dose felt great since I'm decently tolerant to stims, especially for my size.

U Sore as Fawk?
DOMS.. one of my worst enemies. After a tough workout, no matter how many carbs I take in or when I take them in, I'm always sore the next day. After about 3 weeks, I started getting VERY sore after every single workout. The two day's after every leg day were completely hell. I literally couldn't walk. Again, after I stopped taking this stack, my DOMS have decreased, but they will never go away.

U Horny?
Libido was very high on this stack. I always felt like having sex (nothing out of the ordinary) and I got tons of random boners throughout the day. Several times I'd be sitting in class and I'd feel my soldier start to stand up and I'd have to try to fight him with my mind. The worst was before the bell rang and he started to rise and then I'd have to either do the tuck in the waist trick or cover it up with a spare object (mind you, the object had to be huge ). But, in all seriousness, libido was very, very high. No real increase in blood flow to the penis noted (no fuller erections, etc.) and no real increase in stamina.

U Got Lots of Endurance 'n Shit?
This is one of the only parts of this stack that didn't shine for me. I honestly never really noticed an increase in aerobic/anaerobic endurance throughout. It pretty much stayed at baseline. Mind you, I didn't really do any cardio beside playing hoops and stuff, so I really can't give my full opinion on this aspect.

U Feel Fuller?
Yes, yes I did. Not really anything like "all day pumps" that some have experienced, but my muscles did feel like they were fuller/harder throughout the day. I had a great leaning out effect from this stack coupled with a solid diet. Like I said before, I think it definitely helped me to lean out while preserving lean muscle.

U Notice Any Negatives?
- TREMENDOUS increase in headaches the first few weeks (subsided)
- Trouble falling asleep the first few weeks (subsided)
- Inflammation of elbow/knee (expected; I already had problems with inflammation with them)

U Got Anything Else to Say?
First off, I want to say thank you to everyone at Applied Nutriceuticals and Molecular Nutrition for giving me the opportunity to log these three products. This review was completey unbiased, and will hopefully be used in the future for people looking to purchase any of these supplements. I was really impressed with this stack, and I really have nothing but positive things to say about it. Thanks to everyone who has followed my log/progress, and thanks for the constant motivation.
