16oz ground turkey (brown in skillet)
Top with 1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce
Eat with spoon

Delicious.

I cook plenty, but all my meals are simple and hit macros.

take 1 slin sane before bed, wake up dry as could be. One of my fav products tbh.

Tried it both ways, and both ways were sweet. Upper body today is the real test. I'll pop a review up once I've used all the samples. And I'll migrate my product review thread from bb.com over.
