Default What do you add protein to?

I'm the worst powerlifter ever. I hate the taste of meat (don't eat any), I can barely tolerate milk (my version of GOMAD is to have a protein shake a day - and even then I have to split it into two servings so I don't feel sick), and given the chance I'd live on 100% carbs... lucky I like cheese and peanut butter

So, I add protein to everything. My favourites are proatmeal; protein bars made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and a bit of splenda / stevia / real sugar (depending on what's available); and ginger oat cookies made with added protein.

I'm toying with the idea of adding banana flavour protein to custard the next time I have an apple pie.

My husband adds chocolate protein to his chocolate flavoured whole oat cereal on a morning.

I'm sure there are more things it can be added to, and would love to hear your suggestions

Hahaha! You can't be a powerlifter without meat and milk!

You can add protein to:

- cottage cheese
- yogurt
- oatmeal
- pretty much anything baked
- shakes
- sludge (PB + protein and a little water, mixed)

Pretty much anything! If nothing else you could make yourself smoothies. I also like mixing PB and protein powder and spreading it on toast. If it's a good-tasting powder, this tastes awesome

I like how the females are all over posting in the kitchen

I make my own protein bars, add protein pellets to shakes, and eat vanilla ice cream with PB. I know ice cream isnt the "best" of snacks, but for me, a little simple sugar doesnt kill.

Maybe try baking your own bread, and adding protein pellets in that? "Cakes" (healthy ones)? cookies? Muffins?

I mix protein with different instant pudding mixes and add oats and other goodies. I mix it up between chocolate pudding and protein with some almonds butter. Or vanilla protein and coconut cream pudding and coconut oil. I just add enough oats to make it pretty thick and it is good for a couple meals. I just like the different flavours or pudding so I get some variety. Only downside is the mixes have a fair amount of sugar in them so I only do this when bulking.

I wouldnt mind experimenting with protein crisps...sounds interesting.

My favorite thing to add protein to is oats. Delicious. Especially ultra peptide 2.0.

Try hiding the meat like in a soup or sauce, chicken is a good one for hiding in sauces

My woman is a carb fanatic as well. I think it's a woman thing IDK. I usually have to force feed myself carbs unless it's some kind of fiber. I love vegetables, but the thought of bread just is not appealing to me. If I list my top 10 favorite foods I think 7 or 8 of them would be some sort of meat protein with a nice thick side of fat.
