They vary everytime i make them, nothing is ever the same because whatever macros i have left for the day i just fit in extra's to hit them.

Let me know what, most recipes are very generic but just a bunch of different mix-in's or additions.

solution when you make alot of those desserts (like the choc pb waffles and pumpkin pie), are you making them more macro friendly like adding some protein powder, using splenda over sugar, etc? or you just going all out as far as ingredients go?

I am in contest prep and under 17 weeks out. Everything fits my calories.
