Default Im a bloated phuck....

need some ideas on how to get rid of the extra water that I have...

I'm at 205lbs...which I have been for the past 4 weeks now....i see some changes in size and definition but I know im a little bloated....

The only creatine I take is 1.5 scoops of preworkout (ErgoPump NMT)....So Im not sure if its the creatine (been on it pretty much non-stop for almost a whole year) or its something else....

drink more green tea?

I want to try to stay away from actually "buying supplements" (suggestions to get some still appreciated though)....so any helpful hints with the diet?

I can almost guarantee it's not the creatine.

2 simple things to help out: avoid excess salt in your diet, and drink at least 1 full glass of tea per day (green, black, hot, iced, whatever).

Try lowering overall carb intake or increasing fiber intake.

I find if I have a day in which I consume more salt than normal I feel like a freaking balloon the next day. Then, when I make a conscious effort to avoid salt the next day plus drink a ton of water, the bloat goes down. I take 10 g creatine a day. The creatine definitely has bloated me a bit, but it's doubly worse if I happen to have a ton of salt....good luck!

Sodium will bloat most people, go to a chinese buffet and eat a few things off the buffet line. Hello Sodium Bloat! Watch your stomach expand

Yep. On my last cut, I noticed I weighed more one morning than the day before, despite having ate at a deficit. I thought back to what I had eaten, and remembered it was Subway, lol.

Bingo.

The same goes for most who use sea salt on their meals throughout contest prep or follow the advice from their prep coach to get vitamins/minerals when they get into a deficit in calories. Drop the sea salt for 2-3 days and i bet your weight drops a good 1-2 pounds.

Cut down on the sodium intake, and I hear that supplementing your Vitamin C helps counteract bloat.

Also, does contribute to bloat.
