Default avoiding uncommon bodybuilding foods

the fact is there are no magic foods, why do some people think that they are, cheating when they have stuff like grits ,popcorn, or some some other part of the chicken that is not the breast, seems kinda idiotic imo

I find its alot to do with what they see in bodybuilding magazines and even videos. They think that you have to be super strict and thats the only way to go. I started out that way. Though the only way I would gain muscle is eating chicken, rice and veggies all the time.

It is tha shit. I love it. Just wish it was a bit cheaper. I use some plain greek yogurt with strawberries, bananas, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. So good!

I only recently tried Greek Yogurt, it is packed with macronutrients. So it's for sure a step up from regular Yogurt. It is also very easy to add good flavor with fruits.
