just did the battle rope intervals today. Did them after a shoulder/bi workout so my arms were pumped to begin with, and the 1.5 grams of agmatine before hand definitely didn't help. The pump I got in my shoulder and arms were gigantic and tougher to work with than the intervals themselves . Overall very fun and cool, and basically effortless on my lowerbody which is awesome.
